Hot Pools
We have one outdoor hot pool and one lower wading pool. They are open year round and available to our guests.
Sauna
The sauna is located in the hot pool area and opens the same hours as the hot pools.
Outdoor Fire Pit
Relax and enjoy being social with a little extra warmth. This area is beside the hot pool and open year round.
Laundry
In the main lobby building we have a laundry room for guests to use. Washers and dryers are coin operated. Front desk can provide change if needed.
Bike Rentals
Looking to get around Banff like a local? Talk to our front desk about renting one of our bikes to explore the trails around the resort or get to the downtown area.

Outdoor Lounge
Relax by the hot pools at our new outdoor lounge area. It has great views of the valley and comfy outdoor couches.

Roam Transit
- We bought you a pass so you can join us on Banff’s local transit system: ROAM.
- This pass includes our Banff local transit in the Town of Banff. Services to Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon are extra.
- Stops include the Banff Gondola, the Upper Hot Springs, Lake Minnewanka and more.
- Parking can be congested at these attractions and you can help by taking ROAM, please visit the Front Desk for your complimentary ROAM guest pass and schedule.

Help keep our mountain paradise beautiful! We’re proud to be a part of the Zero Waste Trail committed to reducing waste and maintaining the long-term well being of the Bow Valley. You’ll find a compost bin in every room, so all you need to do is separate your organics and we’ll take care of the rest!
